Post Parcel Service: Normal delivery time in Austria takes 24 hours, in Germany 48 hours, from the pick-up date. For most other European countries, the average delivery time is between 2 and 6 days. The shipping fee includes a transport insurance for the actual value of the goods up to EUR 550,00 maximum.

IMPORTANT: With parcel service deliveries, packages can NOT be delivered without signature. Should this not be possible at your home address, please have the parcel delivered to another address (e.g., workplace). All returned parcels are subject to a returned item fee and/or a restocking fee.

Returns:
You may return most unopened and/or unused items sold and fulfilled by NP&D within 14 days of delivery for a full refund excluding any shipping charges. Items that are used or returned more than 14 days after delivery will receive no refund.

Exchanges:
If you received a faulty item due to damage or substandard quality and need to exchange it for the same item, we will gladly exchange the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us prior to returning the faulty item to avoid any misunderstandings.
Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center.
